Why am I seeing ads even though I am a VIP Member?

 First of all, thank you for supporting our app by purchasing the VIP Membership!

We understand how frustrating it can be to still see ads or not have all VIP features unlocked right away. Don’t worry — this can happen due to a few common reasons, and it’s usually easy to fix.

Below are the most likely cases and their solutions:

🟡 Case A: VIP features didn’t unlock immediately after payment

In most situations, your VIP Membership activates instantly after your payment is successfully processed. However, in some rare cases, it may take a few minutes — or sometimes a few hours — for Google Play to confirm your purchase and update your app status.

✅ What you can do:

  1. Wait a few minutes and restart the app.
  2. Ensure you are connected to the internet so the purchase can be verified.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact us at pgappstudio@gmail.com and include your Order ID (you’ll find this in the purchase confirmation email you received from Google Play).

🟡 Case B: Lost VIP benefits after reinstalling the app

If your VIP membership is no longer active after reinstalling the app, it’s often because the app was installed using a different Google account than the one used for the original purchase.

✅ To restore your VIP membership:

  1. Back up your data (if the app allows it).

  2. Uninstall the app.

  3. Reinstall it from the same Google account you used to purchase the VIP Membership.

  4. (Optional) If you have multiple Google accounts on your device:

    • Log out of all other accounts temporarily.

    • Make sure only your purchasing account is active in the Play Store before reinstalling.

Once reinstalled, the app should automatically detect your VIP status.
